1teaspoondried turmeric or a 1-inch knob of fresh turmeric (outside removed)
1/8teaspoonfresh black pepper
1/2cuppineapplefresh or frozen
1/4cuppea protein powderoptional
1cupunsweetened non-dairy milk or coconut water
1/2cupice
Instructions
Place everything in the jar of your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy right away.
