The Ultimate Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Sundae
Chocolate peanut butter brownies & vanilla ice cream drenched in a homemade peanut butter hot fudge sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 recipe Rich Chocolate and Peanut Butter Brownies
- Ice Cream (vanilla, chocolate, or Reese's would all be good)
- Peanut Butter Hot Fudge
- Reese's cups or mini Reese's cups chopped for serving (optional)
Instructions
- To assemble the brownie sundae of your dreams, just put a brownie on a plate (or three...) top with a scoop of ice cream, drizzle peanut butter hot fudge on top and then sprinkle on chopped Reese's.
- Enjoy with a tall glass of milk.
Notes
- Cooling the brownies makes them easier to cut but also keeps the ice cream from melting too quickly.
- Chocolate or vanilla are traditional ice cream flavors for this sundae but peanut butter chocolate is a great choice.
- Leftover brownies can be stored in an airtight container or frozen to eat later.
- The brownies and sauce can be made up to a day in advance.
