Pulse the ingredients on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. If your blender has a preset smoothie button then you can use that instead.

You can freeze your own bananas or buy sliced frozen bananas at your local grocery store.
You want to use about 1 cup of bananas.
We like to use “vital proteins” powder or “just ingredients” protein powder, but you are welcome to use your favorite brand as long as you use 1/4 cup.
Most protein powders use whey, but you can make this drink dairy free by using a pea protein powder and your favorite almond milk. If you want a thicker protein shake then you can add extra banana OR a few ice cubes. You can also add ½ cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt or a few tablespoons of peanut butter.
These protein shakes cannot be stored, so only make as much as you want to drink.
