Ghirardelli’s melting chocolate wafers are the best for dipping treats. They come in milk, dark, and white chocolate.
I made these in the regular Ritz size and the mini snack size - both turned out great.
If you don't want to add sprinkled, you could drizzle some white chocolate on top once the milk or dark chocolate has set.
Store these cookies for three days on the counter or in the fridge for up to a week.
