Pulse the blender for about one minute, or until the lassi is smooth and creamy. Start the blender on a low speed and work up to a high speed as the ingredients combine. If your blender has a smoothie button then you can use that as well.

The Greek yogurt helps make this drink smoothie and creamy.
You can replace the yogurt and vanilla with ¾ cup of vanilla Greek yogurt.
Starting on a low blender speed and working up to a high speed will help ensure the ingredients are fully combined and you don’t end up with clumps of frozen mango in your drink.
You can add some warm spice to your drink by adding ½ teaspoon of nutmeg or cinnamon.
Unfortunately, this drink does not store well so be sure to only make as much as you want to drink.
