teaspoon

Notes
This makes 2 cups of prepared horseradish sauce.
You can store this sauce in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for up to one week.
The acidity from the apple cider vinegar helps balance the heat of the prepared horseradish.
This sauce is great on sandwiches, baked potatoes, roast beef, etc.
Prepared horseradish can be found in the refrigerated section near the sour cream and cottage cheese.
