Ingredients
16
ounces
pineapple chunks
frozen, 2 cups
½
cup
pineapple juice
1
cup
vanilla ice cream
2
tablespoons
granulated sugar
Instructions
In a blender, put the pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, ice cream, and granulated sugar.
Pulse until all ingredients are blended together.
*NOTE* If you want to have some pieces of pineapple for texture, blend it less. For a smoother texture, blend longer.
Put the mixture into a container in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
Storage: Store in the freezer-safe container until ready to serve.
When serving you can scoop it up into a bowl or put it in a piping bag with a 1M tip.
Being in Utah, I always freeze my bowls before serving to keep from melting too fast.
