Divide the ingredients between four 8-ounce mason jars. Each jar should have 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, ½ cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
Give the mixtures a quick stir and cover them with lids or plastic wrap.
Allow the chia seed pudding to sit in the fridge for 4 hours, or until it has thickened.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can enjoy this chia seed pudding plain or top it with fresh fruit for an extra burst of flavor.
I like to give my pudding a quick stir before eating it just to make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
It is important to give your chia pudding plenty of time to set so the seeds soak up as much moisture from the milk as possible.
For a thicker pudding, you can add an extra ½ tablespoon of chia seeds to each jar.
You can also combine your ingredients in one large jar or container.
Store your chia seed pudding in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, just make sure your container is airtight.
