Ingredients
1 1/2
pounds
celery
3/4
cup
water
Instructions
Wash your celery and then cut the ends off.
Place your celery stalks in a blender along with the water.
Blend your celery starting at a low speed and slowly work up to a high speed until it is smooth.
Use a mesh strainer to remove the pulp from the juice.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Every pound of celery will yield about 24 ounces of juice.
If you want to add some flavor to your juice then you can add a tablespoon of agave syrup, lemon juice, or lime juice.
You can store your juice in a pitcher or airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
This juice generates a lot of pulp, so it is important to use a fine mesh strainer to separate it from your juice
