Ingredients
1
pound
Brussels sprouts
1
tablespoon
olive oil
2
teaspoons
lemon pepper seasoning
1
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Cut the stems of your veggies and slice them in half.
Toss your Brussels sprouts in a large bowl with the olive oil and spices.
Transfer your veggies to a baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Since these Brussels sprouts crisp up in the oven, they are best served fresh.
However, you can store your leftovers in the fridge for 3 days and reheat your leftovers for 45 seconds in the microwave.
We like to cut our Brussels sprouts in half but you can also quarter them. The cook time will remain the same.
Ensuring your veggies are evenly coated in oil will help make sure they cook evenly.
