Finely slice your brussels sprouts using a sharp knife or mandolin. Set the veggies aside.
Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and dijon mustard until homogenous.
Toss the salad dressing, chopped brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and parmesan cheese together in a large bowl.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Remember to cut the stems off of your brussels sprouts so they don’t end up in the salad. This will also make chopping your brussels sprouts much easier.
Wash your brussels sprouts before chopping them by rinsing them in a colander under cold water for about 30 seconds.
If you do not have any dijon mustard then you can use stone ground mustard in a pinch. While these ingredients do not taste exactly the same, they have similar flavor profiles.
Raisins are not as tart as cranberries, but they can be used in a pinch if you do not have any dried cranberries at home.
