These quick and easy breakfast tacos with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and salsa make a simple, delicious meal.

Ingredients

sharp cheddar cheese

crumbled bacon

salsa
Instructions
Scramble your eggs in a large pan over medium heat.
Place a spoonful of eggs on each tortilla followed by the cheese, bacon, and salsa.
Serve and enjoy
Notes
Other toppings you can use include guacamole, hash browns, cilantro, sour cream, etc.
You can also use corn tortillas but you will want to heat them slightly to prevent them from breaking.
For cheesier tacos you can add ½ cup of cheese to the eggs as they are cooking.
You can use store bought or
homemade salsa
.
