Notes
We like to fry our eggs, but you are welcome to prepare them your favorite way.
Other cheeses you can use include pepper jack, sharp cheddar, Swiss, and provolone.
You can use store bought sausage patties or make homemade ones.
These sandwiches are best served fresh and should not be stored as leftovers.
Luckily these sandwiches come together quickly.
Other toppings you can add to your sandwiches include bacon, sliced avocado, and sliced tomatoes.
