Ingredients
3
cups

1 1/4
cup
Greek yogurt
1 1/4
cup
whole milk
1/4
cup
granulated sugar
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions

Blend the ingredients together starting on a low speed and working your way up to a high speed until the mixture is homogeneous.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t have any frozen blueberries you can use fresh ones. Fresh blueberries will result in a thinner smoothie.
We like to add some vanilla to amplify the sweetness in these smoothies, but you are welcome to omit it.
The Greek yogurt adds a rich creaminess to these smoothies. If you don’t have
Greek yogurt, you are welcome to use any kind of vanilla yogurt.
If you want to tone down the sweetness a little bit then you can omit the sugar or use plain yogurt.
Starting your blender on a low speed and working up to a high speed helps ensure all of the blueberries get blended.
