Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Use a fork or spoon to fold the ingredients together until the zucchini is evenly coated in oil and spices.
Transfer the zucchini to your air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Notes
You can store your leftover zucchini in an airtight container in the fridge. Your zucchini will be good for two days. I like to line the bottom of my storage container with a paper towel to soak up some of the moisture. This will make your zucchini less mushy when reheated.
Reheat your zucchini for about 45 seconds to a minute in the microwave. It is important to note that your zucchini will be a little bit softer after being microwaved.
Other spices you can add to your zucchini include onion powder, paprika, and lemon pepper seasoning.
While you are welcome to peel your zucchini before slicing it, it is not necessary.
