BLESS THIS MESS
Sautéed broccoli is a flavorful and tender side dish that's quick to prepare and pairs well with various main courses.
Start by rinsing the broccoli under cold running water, removing dirt and debris.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets while also trimming the stalk ends.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add broccoli florets and toss them with the garlic and oil to coat evenly.
Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
