Once upon a time, a certain Cat in the Hat decided to have a breakfast feast that defied expectations and tickled taste buds. Green eggs and Ham became the pinnacle of Seussian cuisine, defying the ordinary and celebrating the extraordinary!
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
While the butter is melting, whisk together the eggs and 3-4 drops of green food coloring. Dice the ham and set it aside.
Pour the eggs into the heated pan and stir continuously until the eggs are about halfway done cooking.
Add the ham and continue stirring until the eggs are fully cooked.
Salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
