Acai Bowl  Recipe

Acai Bowls are colorful, filling, packed with nutrients and are reminiscent of a smoothie but served in a bowl and eaten with a spoon. These smoothie bowls make for a delicious breakfast, brunch or refreshing snack.

Let’s get started!

Prep the banana by peeling it, slicing it into ¼ inch pieces, placing it on a plate or in a container lined with parchment paper and freezing for 20-30 minutes.

When the banana is ready add the banana, frozen mixed berries, acai puree (break it into pieces to help it blend easier) and milk to the jar of a high powered blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth, stopping to stir as needed.

Divide the smoothie mixture between two bowls and top with your favorite toppings (we love granola, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, etc.).

Enjoy right away.
