- Once the sauce begins to thicken, stir in the frozen peas and carrots along with the sliced pimento.

- You can store your leftover chicken ala king in the fridge for up to five days. Reheat it in the microwave in a bowl covered with a paper towel or paper plate for about 1 minute, stirring halfway through.
