Hi, I’m Melissa Griffiths — founder, recipe creator, and voice behind Bless This Mess.
I help busy individuals and families nourish their bodies and souls through simple, from-scratch recipes, kitchen wisdom, and encouragement to embrace the beautiful mess of everyday life.
Based in the breathtaking landscapes of Southern Utah, I share recipes, homesteading adventures, and family stories inspired by our bustling backyard farm, our five wonderful kids, and a deep belief that homemade food creates lasting memories.

Experience, Expertise, and Education
Experience
I launched Bless This Mess in 2009 as a personal journal and recipe archive. What began with my famous caramel apple dip has since grown into a thriving business that supports my family of seven.
Over the years, my work has been featured in Shape Magazine, Chickens Magazine, Hobby Farm Magazine, Farmhouse Style, Parents Magazine, and digital platforms like BuzzFeed, msn.com, Yummly, and FoodGawker.
I’ve also had the honor of sharing healthy meal prep tips on TV with Studio 5 KSL. I’ve partnered with brands such as Sabra, America’s Test Kitchen, Blue Diamond Almonds, Purina, Land’s End, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, and more — always aligning with companies that value quality, family, and authenticity.
