Step #1. Melt your butter in a pan. Whisk together the flour and Italian seasoning in a small shallow dish. Dip each piece of chicken in the flour mixture and then transfer to the pan. Cook each piece of chicken on both sides until they are no longer pink in the middle.

Step #2. Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the pan and add the heavy cream and grated cheese. Whisk the cream and cheese together until thickened.

You can store any leftover pasta in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container. Reheat the leftovers in the microwave for about a minute, or until they are warm. I recommend stopping the microwave about halfway through to give it a stir and ensure the leftovers get reheated evenly.
