BLESS THIS MESS
This banana oatmeal cookie recipe combines ripe bananas and oats to create wholesome, naturally sweet treats that are both easy to make and satisfyingly delicious.
After the oven is preheating, prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or light greasing.
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mash 2 ripe bananas until mostly smooth. 2. Add oats and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart, and flatten each cookie slightly.
Bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown and the cookies feel firm to the touch.
After removing from the oven, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely. Once cooled, enjoy!
