Recipe FAQs
Chicken parmesan can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days. Make sure it is stored in an airtight container. When you are ready to reheat, I like to add a little bit of sauce to make the chicken nice and moist. You can reheat it in the microwave, oven, or an air fryer.
Yes. I recommend pounding the chicken breast so it is equal in thickness when cooking. I have found that when you pound the chicken, it is also more tender. Place the chicken in a Ziploc bag or wrap it in plastic before you begin to pound it out. You can use a meat tenderizer, rolling pin, or even a hammer.
You can serve chicken parmesan over any pasta, rice, or zucchini noodles. Add a side salad, and dinner is served!
