This healthy fruit dip recipe, made with yogurt, honey, and peanut butter, is the easiest of snacks! Grab this dip, some apples, pretzels or other fruit, and you’re ready to go!
You will love how many more servings of fruit your kids will eat when there’s a little fruit dip involved.
Homemade Fruit Dip
This healthy fruit dip is the current love of my snack time. When you don’t eat refined sugar your palate really changes and things that are simply naturally sweet become so much sweeter than before.
This dip with a big old Golden Delicious apple is practically dessert. I love it! Plus the Greek yogurt in it helps to keep me full with all that yummy protein and fat. I make a big batch of this on Monday, along with my salads in a jar, and that takes some of the prep and effort out of eating well. A little forethought goes a long way.
Eating clean or not, this dip is delicious. Enjoy!
How long does fruit dip last in the fridge?
Fruit dip can last in the fridge up to a week. It makes it easy to pull out when you are looking for something to snack on throughout the day.
What else can I dip in fruit dip besides fruit?
If you don’t want to eat your dip with traditional raw fruits, you can also try dried fruits like apple chips or banana chips! Pretzels and crackers are also an excellent way to eat this dip.
Can fruit dip be stored in the freezer?
Freezing the greek yogurt in this dip can kill some of the live cultures that your body loves, and it can lose some of its natural flavor and texture. It is best to avoid freezing the dip and keeping it stored in the fridge.

Can we omit the peanut butter and use almond butter instead
Yes! You might just need a little more yogurt or even a little water if your almond butter is extra thick!
How long does this last in the fridge?
I’d think at least 3 or 4 days… I’m not positive though.
Have you tried this with fresh peanut butter? I grind mine at Whole Foods.
Yes! It works great. Sometimes I use a bit more honey and a dash of salt and the texture might be a hair grainy depending on your grind, but I still like it.
I make this for my dogs and freeze it up for them! One day I tried it and loved it so much I make a double batch now! One for us and the other for the dogs!
